Nameproof for agents

Most names are now proposed by a model. Nameproof is an MCP server, so the model that proposes the name can clear it and register it in the same turn — with the same live SerpApi and name.com calls a human would get.

Rate limits follow the upstream plans (SerpApi free: 250 searches/month). Registration never targets production from this deployment.
